Seller's Notes:Very sturdy, comfortable, firm and durable seating with no springs poking up or sunken-in areas anywhere. Only showing slight wear on the leatherette armrests where the dark park has rubbed off but most people think it's part of the original design that's supposed to look that way (like a "distressed" fabric) Some light parts visible on the back area and seat when looking at it from different angles so we've taken multiple photos to show all aspects. The couch/sleeper is otherwise clean and has no funny smells. Classic design that's still in good condition in spite of slight wear from normal use.
