Seller's Notes:This luxurious, one-owner sofa is in excellent condition thanks to very gentle and minimal use plus the additional cost paid for fabric (color: Oyster Pearl) protection treatment when it was purchased from Harlem Furniture/The RoomPlace (Morton Grove, IL) late 2009. This 3-seat, like new sofa is solid with no wear or tear, it’s been moved twice once from the retailer to a living room where it was viewed more than sat on and the second move was to a climate controlled storage room.
