Seller's Notes:Selling a Haverty's writing desk / sofa table. Utilized as a desk for a year after moving to NYC, then purchased a desk, and began using it as a sofa / console table. It is a mahogany, or perhaps dark cherry wood, veneer'ed finish. The legs easily detach with a screwdriver to be stored in transit underneath the desk. The desk has four drawers, the right-most of which somewhat resists more than the others. We furniture-padded the feet, but they can easily be removed or replaced if need be. The hardware is a brushed nickel finish, easily removed or swapped out with new knobs as desired. Additionally, this piece is part of a set (other items are a chest of drawers / dreser, and a nighstand we use as a TV stand that holds our TV peripherals underneath; each piece includes a custom glass top). Please see my other items for details. This item comes with a custom glass top. The glass has normal scratches not visible in normal viewing, and right in line with 4 years of regular use. Upon inspection, you could see them, but it's really in quite good condition.
