Seller's Notes:The desk is made of reclaimed telephone poles so there are lots of interesting features to the wood. I’ve used it as a desk for 10 years but am downsizing to a smaller apartment so need something with a smaller footprint. I’m really sad to let this go bc it’s such a great piece so hoping it finds a new home.

Handcrafted from reclaimed Brazilian telephone poles, this unique table's incredible character stems from true distressing by time and nature. Finished with a wing-like beveled edge in a nod to the name, Phoenix's rustic top rises from a distinctive black steel base that's angled just so. Phoenix is crafted by hand in a small factory in Puebla, Mexico known for its metal and reclaimed wood expertise. Each tabletop board is selected and placed to form a single top with scattered post holes. Steel legs are welded, polished and sealed, yielding an industrial yet sophisticated finish. Two perpendicular iron plates carry the line of the legs through the tabletop. A versatile work-surface size, Phoenix doubles as a small dining table for four.
