Seller's Notes:I purchased this credenza/storage/hutch in the furniture district in Beijing, China and shipped by to NYC when I moved back after living abroad for a number of years. There is some wear and the legs have some damage. It is not tippy or off balance at all. Minor imperfections. This can easily be corrected by simply painting/staining the dresser. The wood used in the construction is, by design, distressed with natural imperfections. These imperfections are what initially drew me to the piece. Enjoy!
