Seller's Notes:SIGNED, original nautical oil painting. See Guarneri 1931 in lower right hand corner, Tthis is a depiction of racing (vintage) schooners - large tall sailing ships in beautiful green/blue while capped seas. It has been much loved over 80 years, hanging always in a private study. It will go to the person who loves TALL SHIPS and / or understands the need for restoration of these lovely pieces. Although glass enclosed, the top left shows some discoloration (pictured). On the right there's a slight tear in the painting where it meets the wood frame.
