Seller's Notes:This DWR Tuck Sleeper Sofa (originally designed in 2013; purchased in 2016) is a comfortable sofa, a comfortable bed, and can function as a group chaise when extended to a size that's in between sofa and bed. Quickly convert it from sofa to sleeper simply by lifting up the seat and pulling it toward you. Narrow armrests maximize the sitting and sleeping area, and the space-saving design makes it perfect for an apartment or other smaller living space. The bed fits flat queen-size sheets. Full disclosure: There is a stain on the seat cushion, as shown (from a spill). Also, there is some fading of the fabric due to its sitting in a sunny room for a number of years. This is the reason for the steep discount, but a good cleaning should take care of a lot. Otherwise the piece is in excellent condition - there are no physical or structural issues, and it has many years of good use left.
