Seller's Notes:We are the second owner of this custom Italian designed Della Robia Dania sofa sectional. Approximately $10-12k new, like new condition, truly incredible sofa. No blemishes, the first owner had the entire sofa reupholstered in the original fabric (a soft cream) just before we purchased it. This sofa is incredibly deep, soft, yet supportive. Seats 7-10 people comfortable, also very comfortable to sleep on if necessary. Comes apart as three sectionals in the following configurations as seen in the catalogue: 69" one arm section 38" corner piece 62" armless bumper (one seat with backing+chaise, does not separate) Altogether the sofa is 107" in width one direction, and 100" in the other. We have added hidden connectors to lock the sections into place (very easy to move and take apart), as well as an extra leg in the back to fix one damaged spot from the previous owner (fully repaired now). We have cats in our home but this sofa has no tears or pet hair. It is easy to clean, all the covers have zippers and are washable. This is a dream sofa, but we are moving into a smaller NY apartment and it will no longer fit in our home.
