Seller's Notes:This is a near 3-year-old sectional with an oversized ottoman that we purchased as our first sofa. Unfortunately we are relocating and are unable to bring it along with us. There have been no stains, scratches, animals, etc. on the sectional. Based on regular wear and tear, it has developed some pilling on the sitting areas. Pictures of same have been provided. All furniture pieces are otherwise in excellent condition. This is part of Ashley Furniture’s Tanavi collection, which is no longer available for purchase in their stores. It is excellent for lounging.
