Seller's Notes:The couch is about 4 years old. It's a loveseat with a pullout bed inside and comes with a matching ottoman with plenty of storage. The bed has some wear on it but it is still perfectly useable and is comfortable when blankets are added to it, it's a great item for a New York apartment and has served me well. The couch has only been in clean homes with no bed bugs, I am selling it because I recently moved into a studio and it doesn't fit . The legs on the couch need to be removed in order to fit through a door and recently two of the legs were damaged so purchaser will need buy 2 more couch legs (this is why the price is so low). This item is really great for additional storage and when guests come over. If you are only interested in purchasing one item that is possible.
