Seller's Notes:The Petrie is a GREAT apartment sofa. It has a sharp, clean design and it's small enough to fit a tiny room but long enough to fit a 6 foot person laying down. It is very comfortable and well made. We are selling because of a move. The sofa is in decent condition but one side is quite faded due to sun exposure (pictured) and one cushion has fabric is worn at the corner. This sofa has been marked "satisfactory" due to this and is a good candidate for reupholstery but also looks decent regardless.
