Seller's Notes:A great quality sofa from Crate & Barrel, perfect for apartments. In excellent condition - never had pets on or around it (I am allergic) and no smoking. Covers and pillows are washable and fabric is very sturdy, but comfortable. Great depth for comfort, but easy to get in and out of. Length and depth are perfect for sleeping when back cushions are removed. Only selling because we're getting a bigger couch. It has minor wear and tear on the legs and a spot on the arm that could easily be cleaned (shown in photos).
