Seller's Notes:I’m selling this couch because I’m moving to a new place and, unfortunately, the layout just won't fit this piece. It’s been great for my space—it has a classic look that’s easy to style, but it’s actually comfortable and deep enough to sleep on if you have a guest staying over. Condition & Details Environment: Coming from a pet-free and smoke-free home, so there are no issues with allergens or lingering smells. Wear and Tear: Overall, it’s in very good shape. There is one small tea stain on the underside of a seat cushion. You can’t see it when the cushion is flipped down, and it would likely come out with a standard upholstery cleaner. Comfort: The cushions have held their shape well and it still feels sturdy. I'd honestly keep it if I could, but I'd rather see it go to a good home than sit in a storage unit.
