Seller's Notes:A very flexible couch/bed you can change the back and armrest positions in 3 levels and you can do this separately for left and right side. It can become completely flat as bed. Or you can make only half of it flat as bed for laying down while keeping the other half upright as a couch for upright sitting. Perfect for small NYC apartments where you need as many options in a small space as possible. Perfect for if you live with another person and two of you want different seating setting in your small apartment but don't have enough room for two couches. It is also very light to move around. I've never used it but it has phone charging outlets as well. It looks almost as new as you just bought brand new, there is no damage on the leather or functionality of the couch EXCEPT the 1/5th of the bottom seating area has the leather cracking because that's where I had been mostly sitting. (See the last photo for a closer look.) It hasn't really bothered me, it is not obvious unless you are looking from close. And I am sure with some minimal leather treatment it can be made less visible which I didn't bother to do. I like my couch, I happily used it for 3 years. But I am selling to get a bigger corner sectional.
