Seller's Notes:This is a brand new sofa, custom made to length, depth and fabric that we bought for our new home. Unfortunately, we ended up changing the floor plan of the room to have a sectional but couldn't cancel or return this custom piece from Clad Home. It's in perfect condition, super comfortable, durable linen like fabric with a bit of woven texture to it. The specific fabric color is Bennett Dove with walnut legs, and a single Trillium cushion. Clad Home is an LA based company. All furniture is custom made, by hand with attention to environmental impact, quality and craftsmanship.
