Seller's Notes:I originally bought this couch in 2021 for my smoke-free, pet-free, child-free apartment! Absolutely no noticeable wearing and tearing – it's a performance fabric that has held up great! Would love to keep it, just too big for my new space. The fabric has faded slightly from sunlight, but nothing extreme. The Albany Park Sectional Sofa is 114” in length: the sofa part of the sectional is 82” and the chaise is 32”. The sofa part of the sectional is 35” in depth, and the chaise is 63” in depth. The sofa sits 8’ off the floor. It is a LEFT facing chaise! For moving, the sectional can come completely apart (sofa, chaise, legs, arms, back) to fit in any space. Super easy to put back together/re-assemble if needed. Service elevator available for pick-up. Easy to clean – all the cushions covers can be zipped off and machine washed. No noticeable tearing, scratching, odors, stains, cracks. All original hardware and cushions included in listing.
