Seller's Notes:This antique/vintage hope chest has been in my husband's family for many years. It is fully cedar lined and has protected family heirlooms of shawls, blankets and bonnets that are several hundred years old. The top lifts up easily by pressing a button on the front hardware. It has been stored in my dry basement for 23 years. I am happy to send additional photos. This beautiful hope chest could serve as a coffee table or side piece in your home.
