Seller's Notes:We bought this sofa for our guest room and waited for 12 weeks to get this custom olive green luxe microfiber. Its beautiful clean lines are great for any style! It's very comfy as a sofa and the material is very soft and buttery. Converting into a bed is very easy and quite comfortable as well. We decided to sell due to space and use, we already have a large sectional and we now need the guest room for an office. We barely used the sofa so it's in almost perfect condition. Unfortunately, our contractor got a small paint stain on the right arm a few months ago. This is the only defect to this otherwise gorgeous sofa! Note for pickup: We live in the 6th floor of an elevator building, however, due to the size of the sofabed it does not fit into the elevator and would require carrying downstairs. 2 strong movers delivered it to our apartment.
