Seller's Notes:I call this couch "the suck" because it is so incredibly comfortable that I sit down and get sucked into a nap. The slim arms and back make it the perfect could for an apartment and it has always been slipcovered so there are no random spots or stains. The couch was also "scotch-guarded" by Jensen-Lewis when purchased. The tear on the back is from the movers as is the wear on the back corner. There are "sleeves" of the same fabric on the arms. The "decorative" pillows appear wrinkled because I took them out of their covers for the photo shoot! They are pristine. I replaced the mattress on the sleeper couch just under 2 years ago; it's been used about 5 times. The sleeper has a "headrest" that raises up as well. The sleeper opens WITH the back cushions still in place so you have a "headboard" and will never lose your pillow. She's just too large for my new apartment and I need to downsize.
