Seller's Notes:I purchased this Mid-Century-Modern styled chaise lounge in 2014 for $4500. It sat in my formal living room with very little use for years. It’s well crafted with genuine wood. The structure and padding are still in great condition. It only needs to be reupholstered because the fabric is frayed on the seat.
