Seller's Notes:This rolling Art Deco sunlamp has been rewired as a reading or accent light. It has some nicks and scratches -- please look carefully at the photos -- but functions as you'd expect and definitely makes a statement about your cool industrial taste in lighting. The photo depicts it at roughly 70 inches tall and 44 inches end-to-end, but obviously it's flexible. The original switch on the base turns the light on and off. Note that it requires European style bulbs, which are easy enough to get online. Also note that the re-wiring can't handle powerful bulbs so best to think of it as an accent light (not for instance a task light). I've used it for years as a great living room fixture near a couch and end table in a corner that cried out for something interesting. Bonus: With a little elbow grease I'm sure you could pop off the wheels so it doesn't roll around. If you do that, just stick some those little stick-on rubber pads under the corners, maybe. Buy this groovy light to scratch your itch for a groovy light, while not scratching your floor!
