Seller's Notes:The couch was purchased new from American Signature Furniture and is extremely soft and comfortable. The couch is great for children or entertainment as it does not easily stain (if at all). The couch is also large enough to fit several people but sized appropriately to fit well in a NYC apartment. The only reason we are parting with this couch is to redecorate with a new color scheme (it took about 6 months to finally decide to part with it! We look forward to this couch finding a good home.
