Seller's Notes:We have a fantastic sleeper sofa (made by American Leather Comfort Sleeper) in a mid-century modern style. We are selling it as we now have children and need to move our child into this room. It was not used much as either a sofa or a sleeper as it was in our extra room, not our living room. A few times per year when a grandparent would visit, then it was used (always with a waterproof fitted-sheet-type pad) as as a sleeper sofa. We picked this model as it was the absolute smallest sofa that contains a true queen-sized sleeping bed - 60"x80". We paid $3265 (see attached photo of receipt that shows the total and below that total is our deposit amount and what the remaining balance was) and waited 10 - 12 weeks for it new so you are getting an amazing deal! We bought a fabric stain protection plan and will give you all of that information as well. It is from a pet-free, smoke-free, clean and bedbug free home. It is in excellent condition. The sleeper sofa is super-comfy - it does not have springs - it is a cushy tempur-pedic-style* foam surface that you could sleep on every night if you wished. *but it is not tempur-pedic brand, just feels similar There are no bars or innersprings to poke you in the back.
