Seller's Notes:2 Beautifully maintained sofas in a home with two meticulous adults: 200lbs and 115lbs and one 18lb French Bulldog. Dog was ALWAYS on a blanket when on sofas. $3500 each. Natural Patina on buttery leather. Easy to care for. Conditioned and rotated regularly. Seat cushion stuffing replaced and additional feather stuffing in back cushions for a slightly firmer couch and far less need to fluff! Velcro added to seat cushions to prevent slippage. All to keep the sofas looking great! Additional measurements: 22” deep seat 16.5” seat height 24” arm height 32” back height 81” wide 76” Interior width. Redecorating and this sofa needs a new home.
