Seller's Notes:The futon is a year old. Back cushions go down fine. It has 3 settings: upright, mid level, fully down. The mid level can be tricky sometimes, you have to make a full motion down or up before going to the mid level. Seats are medium soft, comfortable. Back is on the firm side. Left side of the futon is slightly more used than the right.
