Seller's Notes:Picked this up from the previous tenants of our new apartment and it’s held up really well. The fabric is in great shape color-wise — it was always covered by a mattress pad and top sheet, so minimal wear there. Reclining mechanism works smoothly through all three positions. A few loose threads but no visible blemishes or stains. Genuinely comfortable as both a sofa and a bed. Only letting it go because we’re rearranging the room layout.“
