Seller's Notes:[I'll repost this item in October.] Colorful and bright, ceramic pottery, handpainted, Italian vase, in perfect condition. No blemishes at all. I purchased this vase in 1999 in San Francisco’s Italian district in North Beach neighborhood at Biordi’s Imports. This decorative vase features a fishing scene on the blue ocean, fishermen, the shore in the distance under the bright orange sun. Signed on bottom: Desimone Italy 102 1992. Given the year, this would have been handpainted by Giovanni’s daughter Susanna De Simone. You can find photos of Susanna handpainting vases on the Biordi Imports website. Measures 17.5” tall and 12” in diameter. Don’t forget - aptdeco will deliver if you want; Love this company - I was a fan while living in New York!!
