Local AptDeco Delivery is available within our standard service zones. Deliveries to or from our extended service zones will be facilitated by our white glove delivery partner. Delivery fees to your zip code can be calculated directly on the listing page. We also allow users to coordinate pickup themselves.

Request to purchase
Find the one? Amazing. Reserve it before someone else does! We authorize payment on your card, but you’ll only be charged if the seller confirms the sale within 36 hours of your request.
Confirm purchase request
When someone wants to buy your furniture, they'll submit a purchase request. You have 36 hours to confirm the sale. If you don’t confirm, the transaction will be canceled.
Schedule pickup and delivery
After you buy or sell furniture it’s time to schedule pickup and delivery through our system! Our professional delivery team will take care of pickup, delivery, assembly, and logistics.
Confirm your purchase
After your item is delivered, you have 48 hours to confirm that what you purchased is as described. Any issues? No problem. Just submit a dispute request and we'll mediate.
Get paid
Shortly after your item has been delivered, payment will be available in the Balances section of your dashboard. We handle our payments through Stripe, so your information is always secure.
