This is a lovely table and matching bench from CB2. The acacia wood top has a beautiful grain pattern and feels very sturdy. The table is a nice size that is perfect for smaller New York spaces. The legs are powder-coated and look very cool! 

The table is in good condition but please note that there are some visible scratches on the surface (see photos). The bench is in very good condition.

Wrought Studio Seagle Gray Tufted Sofa

We bought this new on Amazon in June for $700. We're moving across country and it's almost as expensive to move as it was to buy.

The fabric is soft and the cushion is medium..it's a very comfy couch and not too big, so works well in smaller spaces. The chaise is reversible.

A very solid wood Antique Dresser by Northern Furniture (part of an old family set). Lovely fluted columns and carving on the lower third with ball and claw feet. All drawers are jointed, with original hardware and all six drawers slide smoothly. The chest has minor dings/scratches appropriate to age which are not really noticeable. There are two chips on the bottom carvings (see the picture) This is not only beautiful, but solid and practical. We are downsizing and will miss it.

This Chair was barely used, it was mostly just for show, but I just bought a sleeper sofa and need the space. It's in incredible condition. Like new. The cushions are still perfectly plush, with no stains, tears, or any fabric wear and tear. It's seriously like new. Incredibly comfortable, and great fabric. Modern but warm and inviting, the Morrow Tufted Chair is a classic that is no longer produced. Custom Fabric (Stockholm Ice) is subtle but adds a little calming color to a room.
