Seller's Notes:I bought this chair to recover from a back injury. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in to this day. I'm selling it because it is too big for my new apartment. The chair starts in a fully upright position and reclines when you pull a lever to a fully reclined (think astronaut in take off position) state. The cover is soft leather and is cracked (but not torn) in the pillow and lower leg areas. Otherwise it is fully functional and is extremely (sleep-inducing) comfortable. I am 6' and 200 lbs and it accommodates me just fine. It still has many years of good use left. Note the length fully reclined is about 60 inches and the height drops to about 24 inches. I bought it on Vitality Web. Refurbished models start at aprx. $1500-$1600 and new ones are $2000 and up. Replacement parts (like the small detachable pillow) can be purchased separately. This chair is great for hours of reading, TV watching and tablet surfing and much more.
