Seller's Notes:Someone will love this daybed sectional still being sold at ZGallerie for full price. Sleek, modern structure and tufted accents give it a timeless look. Also, the substantial depth/length of the day bed makes it perfect for lounging. I've used this in my apartment and actually pulled apart the two separate pieces as "beds" for separate guests which works wonderfully in small places. Exposure: This has been a main living space couch for the time listed. The majority of the time the couch stays covered with blankets, minimizing wear and tear, however, it has been in our home with our little frenchie so it has been exposed to dog hair and dander if that is an allergen issue for you. Condition: The couch is in great condition for its age. One chrome leg loosens slightly and periodically needs to be rescrewed though this has not impacted its seating. (Pictured, with "flush" normal leg pictured for comparison.) Further, a grease spot about the size of a pencil eraser is on the daybed side of the seating (pictured and pictured relative to size of seat for comparison.) We have not attempted removal with harsh cleaners in order to protect the fabric. Care: The fabric vacuums up well and the top cushion covers of the couch remove/zip off for care.
