Seller's Notes:We're selling our oversized armchair with ottoman as a set. We needed something to fill the space in our old apartment but hardly ever used it. Now that we've moved into a new apartment it just doesn't fit the space. There are some small dirt spots (black) on the side and back of the chair, which is otherwise in very good shape. Attached photos show those markings. . The matching ottoman is unsoiled. Chair comes with 3 matching pillows that are also unsoiled. Chair is 57 (w) x 30 (h) x 47 (d) Ottoman is 42 (w) x 18 (h) x 27 (d)
