Seller's Notes:This studio day sofa has served me well in small NYC / East Village apartments. Both sides fold down so you can covert the sofa into a chaise or a bed (82" long). I am moving into a larger apartment and want to buy a new sofa that fits the space, but it has served me well for 2 years. It is in great condition and my apartment has been smoke and pet free. The sofa is still available on the World Market website, so the buyer can easily purchase new slipcovers to change the color of the sofa - white, dark blue, fig, and the current green.
