The chair is in great condition, and has primarily served as an accent piece in a bedroom. It has an industrial, but rustic vibe, covered in distressed-seeming leather, and is comfortable as a reading or lounging chair. It wouldn't fit at a dining table, but would be a great addition to a living room, bedroom, or study. If you're not familiar with World Market - they source unique pieces from around the world. Their pieces are really high quality, and remind me of a more rustic Crate and Barrel.
