Seller's Notes:This is a wood-frame armchair with cushions manufactured by Woodmark and reupholstered with burgundy cotton fabric in 2009. The chair, with a firm seat cushion, is generally in excellent condition, but with fading on the rear and one side. The matching ottoman is in a separate listing. This chair, especially with the matching ottoman, is great for reading and snoozing. We are selling this armchair because we expect to move to a smaller dwelling.
