Seller's Notes:Picked this up from a family friend, used in children's rooms and has been well loved over the years. This piece definitely has a lot of character and memories! I'm selling because we are moving and it doesn't fit into our new place. The upper shelf portion is almost perfect, but there's a small charred mark about an inch in diameter from a candle incident. The bottom drawer in the lower left cabinet portion has white paint over the bottom drawer handle; I have no idea why because I received it that way. The drawer itself has a slight bump when being pulled out but its completely functioning. The area with the most amount of 'character' is the top desk. Features plenty of scratches, and even some nail polish and pen writing. Since the desk is made of wood it wouldn't be too difficult to run an electric sander over the surface and buff it all out, then apply a wood varnish. You can see the raw wood underneath the scratches in the photos. Overall, it is a beautiful piece with a lot of life left in it. Selling for a lower price point because I just don't want to see it thrown away.
