Seller's Notes:This is a fold-out wood-frame futon couch/bed. It has a solid wood, varnished, oak-toned slatted back and armrests in a kind of Mission style. The frame is in excellent mechanical condition. It shows some slight wear and scratches from normal use but looks very good overall. The futon is clean and in good condition; it has always been kept in a cover, and has always been in a non-smoking, non-pets apartment. There is one small stain about 3" wide on the edge of the futon where something soaked into it; it is invisible under the cover. The cover is dark green cotton (sort of a British Racing Green), and in good condition. There is also a grey slipcover that goes over the whole thing to make it look more like a regular couch. Both covers have just been laundered.
