Seller's Notes:As per the Aptdeco person who came onsite to inspect... a very cool piece. It's old but not worn. If lifting from the top, you can feel it almost want to separate - don't do that. Some minor wear and tear but nothing considering it's age. Drawers work well but not as well as brand new ones. Feels like an antique. Just very cool combination of colors of the wood and the granite looking top (it's not actual granite) is very unique. Great project for a handyman or fixer-upper. This could be sold for a heck of a lot more if someone really knows how to refinish it.
