Seller's Notes: A pair of versatile, well-preserved, and comfortable armchairs from William Sonoma Home, custom-upholstered in a classic light blue-and-white Herringbone fabric; original price = $750/each. The clean lines of the chairs give them an understated elegance that also feels updated, allowing them to work with both traditional and more contemporary decor. They have a somewhat deeper seat and lower back than a traditional 'classic' armchair, which makes them comfortable rather than too firm; the lower backs also allow them to fit in smaller spaces such an apartments with low ceilings (see measurements). Although custom-ordered about 4 years ago, they are in very good condition and have many years left, with the only sign of wear and tear being some dirt that's settled into the fabric at the ends of the chair arms (see pictures). The fabric has never been cleaned though, and I suspect that a gentle scrub with a fabric cleaner would remove most (perhaps even all) of the discoloration/dirt. Aside from that, the fabric is spotless - no stains, no tears or rips, no pilling either. Chairs have sturdy mahogany 'feet' and are medium weight. Can be sold as a set or sold separately.
