Seller's Notes:I inherited the couch from my grandmother. I don't remember how long she owned it, but it was rarely used when she had it. It has been kept in my finished basement, so I have rarely used it since 2013. It is a well built solid couch with a few spots and small tear near the top cushion. (Please see photos). It could benefit from a cleaning which would probably get rid of most of the spots. I spot cleaned a few of them and they did come out. It is a solidly built couch that is looking for a home to get the love and attention it deserves.
