Seller's Notes:Purchased from West Elm in 2021 for $3,600 - and was purchased with custom performance / treated fabric. Sleeper sofa is a Queen, and has only been used once (and we were told was very comfortable!). The chaise has a deep storage area which is super helpful in NYC. We are only selling it as we moved, and it sadly doesn't fit in our new living room. We also had it fully shampooed and steamed after our move two weeks ago, so it is ready to go!
