Seller's Notes:Approximately 8 year old sleeper sofa. I'm the second owner and have owned it the last two years. The sofa was professionally cleaned by upholstery cleaners when I purchased it. It resided in our office where it was rarely used. It has served us well as a bed for guests. Pull out mattress included. There are no stains or tears in the couch fabric, but the fabric does show signs of wear (e.g. slight discoloration) in high-contact areas (e.g. the couch arms). There is a stain on the underside of the pullout bed from the previous owner- note the mattress and mattress cover are very clean and stain free. We are selling the sofa because we are downsizing to a smaller apartment.
