Seller's Notes:West Elm Urban Set 3: Left Arm 76.5"Sofa + Right Arm Chaise, Heathered Tweed, Charcoal, Down Fill. Couch is two years old and in excellent condition from a pet-free, smoke-free apartment. One of the cushions is slightly faded (not really even noticeable), but if the cushion is flipped the other side has no fading. I'm moving and no longer need it. Overall product dimensions: 116"w x 62.5"d x 31"h. Sofa portion's overall depth: 39". Chaise portion's overall depth: 62.5". Seat height: 19". Back height: 27.5". Arm height: 23.5". Clearance: 2.5". Removable legs. Sectional pieces attach via alligator clips (included).
