Seller's Notes:This is a beautiful rug we purchased for my mother-in-law's apartment about 5 years ago. She uses the apartment only a portion of the year and barely walked on it. She does not wear shoes in her apartment. It is in great condition and has no stains. There is no direct sunlight on the rug. The only issue with the rug is that it sheds. This is what the West Elm website says about the shedding: Shedding of loose fibers may occur but will diminish over time. Expect the most shedding to occur within the first 3—6 months. More from the West Elm website: 95% wool, 5% cotton. Rug thickness: 1". Handwoven from handspun fibers by Craftmark-certified artisans. Made in India.
