Seller's Notes: Selling Shelter Queen Sleeper that was in my baby's room. We are moving and there is no place in new apartment to accommodate this piece. Sofa is very deep, one can comfortably sleep on it without unfolding. It is also wide enough to comfortably sit three people. We have a dog but he was neither allowed on the sofa nor in the baby's room in general. Condition is perfect, sofa was barely used, has no stains, no rips, no sagging, no odors etc. Pillows are in a perfect shape. You wouldn't be able to say somebody used this sofa before. The unfolded bed is quite comfortable though it is too soft to my taste. On scale 1-5 with 1 the softest, I would give it between 2 and 3. The upholstery is in a beautiful, neutral, linen-like fabric, called 'Pebble Weave, Oatmeal'. West Elm describes it as "A woven blend with nubby texture. 32% acrylic, 28% polyester, 26% cotton, 14% linen.". Please let me know if you have any questions.
