Seller's Notes:This couch is barely used, although I've had it for a year it's barely been sat on, as it's been in an apartment that rarely gets used. I love the couch, but have to move to a space where I don't have the space for it. Welted seams along the cushions and sweeping arms. Hand-built cushions come stocked with polyurethane foam cores; down-wrapped cushions available by special order. Choice of Pecan cone or Chocolate tapered solid wood legs, I have both sets. There is a small spot on the bottom side of the cushion, I have not tried spot cleaning it, and it's possible it could come out, but you do not see it, as it's on the underside of the seat cushion.
