Seller's Notes:Amazing West Elm Paidge Sofa Bed. Does come from a home with dogs & there’s a bit of fading in the backrest of the fabric but it’s been kept pretty clean since the cushion covers are removable and washable and we’ve kept up with doing that/ vacuuming. Shampood and washed right before posting and is currently kept away from pets! The pullout queen sofa bed is also great! We added an extra 1 inch memory foam pad to make it extra comfy for guests and a mattress protector. Perfect for a New York apartment we’re just re doing the space. Located in Gowanus area on a second floor of a walk up. You’ll need at least two people and a van to move this sofa or plan for a mover/delivery.
