From day one, the sleeper has been covered with a sleeper protector (water, dust, bedbug resistant). The couch is in our spare bedroom, and we only use the sofa bed when guests are visiting us, probably no more than 30 nights total. We have cats and there are a few scratches on the arms. We cover the arms with blankets, so the scratches are very minor and not noticeable. We are exceptionally clean and regularly vacuum the couch. Overall, the sofa, bed frame and sleeper are all in very good condition. We are moving to a new home and no longer need this sofa. We hope you can enjoy it! We are happy to provide the sleeper free of charge, but are unable to sell through this website due to city bylaws.
