Seller's Notes:82" West Elm Rochester sofa in Performance Velvet - Shadow. Purchased in October 2017 (still have original receipt) in New York. Has only moved apartments once and has very minor wear from normal use; a small scratch in the wood frame (included in the pictures) is the largest flaw and it’s not visible unless you’re at floor level. Sofa is in wonderful condition, and we’re only letting it go because we need to switch to a sleeper sofa. Perfect deal for anyone looking to purchase the West Elm Rochester!
