Seller's Notes:I am selling my Rochester sofa because I've moved and the new layout of my living room is no longer conducive to this couch. The couch has been kept in a non-smoking, no weed home for three years. I clean it weekly by vacuuming it with the brush attachment, and lint roll it to keep the velvet fresh-looking. A quick sweep of a velvet or suede brush on occasion keeps the texture looking beautiful. This couch is in impeccable shape without any blemishes, spots or stains. The only "flaw" I have found is one string is loose (photo included). It is extremely comfortable, solid, and well-made. All it needs is a beautiful throw pillow and you have a luxe, classic and androgynously chic place to sit. It's also deep enough to ensure than an overnight guest (or yourself!) can catch a good night's sleep on it, should you need it to perform that function.
